The indentation process in the embossing process is an indispensable process in the modern printing industry. First, printing and pressing marks are completed at the same time

After the packaging and printing products and the cover of the books and periodicals are printed, an indentation process is required. This is a requirement for the characteristics of product use, and is also a commonly used process in printing. In the past, according to the traditional process procedure, the light and dark were divided into two operations, and the indentation process was also performed by an e-die cutting machine. Not only does it have a long process cycle, it increases the loss of printed products, and it is also prone to process defects such as overprinting. By grinding the die-cutting blade down to about 0.7mm, it can be directly assembled with the printing plate to realize printing and indentation on one machine at the same time. This is because the height of the die cutting blade is about 22.3mm (normal height is 23mm) after the bottom of the die is trimmed away, which is obviously lower than the height of the device specification, and the blade front (ie, the indentation site of the blade) will not get inked. Roller brushing ink, but the distance from the surface of the drum party lining surface increases, so for the lining site corresponding to the indentation blade in the printing plate, apply an appropriate thickness of white paper paper stick to ensure the required indentation Pressure, achieving brightness and darkness at the same time complete the imprint.

Second, printing and dotting line hole completed once

The ticket printing products and decoration prints of the part printing process often use the pin hole technology to make the product easy to break when used. If the production is carried out according to a conventional process, the finished product after printing must be arranged on a special injection hole machine, which is time-consuming and labor-consuming. As long as the die-cutting process for the use of dotted steel blade, the bottom is also grinding down 0.7mm, and the printing plate surface mosaic version, can be completed at the same time in the printing pressure point line hole process. Its process principle and requirements are similar to that of printing indentation. The simultaneous completion of printing and punching line holes in one machine can greatly increase production efficiency and improve product quality. Embossed dot holes are neat and burr-free; tearing is extremely easy and highly appreciated by customers.

Third, the memo and memo printing and pressing dark lines are completed once

Post-printed memos and other printed matter containing dark lines, after the completion of text layout printing, a once-dyeing line process is required to be completed once. First, the printing plate surface and the dark line layout should be assembled together, and then the printing plate surface should be increased by 0.7mm. , And we also need to adjust the ink roller accordingly, so that if the dark line layout is lower than the printing plate, we cannot get ink. As the printing layout is heightened, the lining hot material should be adjusted accordingly so that the corresponding lining of the printing plate surface can easily achieve the corresponding thickness reduction, such as reducing the inner lining by 0.7 mm and increasing the outer lining by 0.7 mm. In order to make a partial hollowing out of the corresponding lining of the Ming version, the pressure of the bright and dark layout is appropriate. By adjusting in this way, a one-off printing process can be easily performed, and the efficiency of letterpress printing can be improved.

IV. Equipment Accuracy and Ink Roll Quality Requirements

Set printing, creasing in one machine at the same time to complete the imprint, the main principle is to adjust the printing plate surface and the dark line layout and lining surface into a slight difference, so that the printing plate surface is evenly brushed ink and printing pressure, dark marks Or the point-knife plate surface is not covered with ink because it is lower than the printing plate surface, which is the basic requirement for realizing light and dark simultaneous imprinting to ensure the quality of the printed product. To meet the above printing conditions, the precision of the equipment and the quality of the ink roller play a decisive role. In order to make the printing plate surface obtain a more even brushing ink, it will not cause the dark traces to be stained with the slightest ink; the inking roller holes on the printing machine should maintain the center of the circle, so as to prevent the ink roller from rolling unevenly and affect the uniformity of the ink. For the shaft bore hole caused by the use of wear, expansion, shape, timely repair and car circle treatment to eliminate the plastic and rubber slip phenomenon, e card normal brush.

In addition, the colloidal and shaft heads of the ink roller should also maintain a good degree of circle to prevent the normal ink-receiving and even-inking due to the presence of confidence. At the same time, it is required that the hardness of the first ink roller colloid should be suitable, and the rubber and cloth ink unevenness will be generated when the first ink roller is too soft; if it is too soft, it will easily deform due to the thermal friction caused by the rotating friction, so that the dark mark layout plate will be stained with ink and affect the product quality.
