The varnish can be added with coarser pigments to form a unique color and light effect. For another example, applying a rose oil containing UV varnish after coating a printed rose print will not only make the rose pattern more three-dimensional, but also enable consumers to smell the rose fragrance, as if to see a vivid life. 3. Films After the film is coated with a partial UV coating, it can be used as a finishing touch. There are two very high demands on the film material used for the film.
(1) The film material must be matched with the UV varnish used to corona and flame the surface of the film so that its surface tension reaches (3.8-4.0) x 10-2N/m, becoming a high-energy surface, The varnish can be firmly adsorbed on the thin film material.
