1. High transparent low temperature heat sealing CPP
Typical structure: BOPP (printing)/CPP
Features: good transparency, low sealing temperature, fast bag making.
The main purpose: Xizhilang, Robust and other famous brand jelly pudding bags.
2. Aluminum-plated CPP
The CPP can be plated on one side and has good heat-sealability on the other side. The use of the aluminum-plastic composite package can save one layer of substrate, reduce one-time compounding, and greatly reduce the cost.
Typical structure: BOPP (printing)/CPP aluminum film Features: Beautiful metallic luster and good heat sealability, suitable for automatic packaging.
Main uses: expanded food bags, cereal bags, etc.
3. CPP cooking bag is made of a special PP material, which is not deformed and flexible under high temperature and high pressure.
Typical structure: PET/AL/70μmCPP
PA/AL/70μmCPP
Features: high tensile strength, good heat resistance, puncture resistance.
Main use: Roasted duck bag, roast chicken bag and other meat products, requiring high temperature sterilization.
4. Cover type CPP
Typical structure: PET (printing)/AL/CPP
PET (printing) CPP
Features: Good hot-tack (especially initial tack) and easy to cut with PP base bottle (cup).
The main purpose: Add AL for yogurt caps or oil caps. Transparent type is mainly used for cup-packed drinks and space cup lids.
5. Refrigerated CPP
CPP is generally brittle at low temperatures and should not be used for refrigerated packaging. Recently, soft CPP has been developed and can be used at -18°C in refrigerated conditions.

Features: CPP is not brittle at low temperature and still maintains good sealing strength.
The main purpose: dumplings, dumplings, etc. to be cold and to show the transparency of the packaging.
