The YSL/LNS-225 has an inner size of 500 × 600 × 750 mm, and measures 1300 × 1150 × 1900 mm externally. The YSL/LNS-500 provides a larger space, with internal dimensions of 700 × 800 × 900 mm and external measurements of 1450 × 1400 × 2100 mm. The YSL/LNS-800 model expands further, with an inner size of 800 × 800 × 1000 mm and external dimensions of 1550 × 1600 × 2250 mm. These chambers are designed to operate within a temperature range of 20°C to 60°C and humidity levels between 30% and 100% RH. The heating rate ranges from 1.0 to 3.0°C per minute, and each layer can support a load of at least 150 kg.
Equipped with an imported microcomputer controller, the system uses a platinum resistance sensor (PT100Ω/MV) for precise monitoring. The heating system utilizes independent nickel-chromium alloy electric heaters, while the humidification system employs an external isolation, all-stainless-steel shallow surface evaporative humidifier. Dehumidification is achieved through an evaporator coil dew point temperature laminar flow contact method.
The water supply system features automatic control and includes a water recovery function to reduce consumption. Safety features include protection against leakage, short circuits, over-temperature, water shortage, motor overheating, compressor overpressure, overload, and power failure memory. The chamber operates on a three-phase five-wire AC 380V±10% power supply at 50±0.5Hz.
