Operating specifications before starting

1. Check the handover record to understand the equipment operating status.
2. According to the production scheduling plan, check the quantity and quality of the products to be die cut according to the requirements of the production construction order.
3. After checking and confirming that there are no foreign objects in the machine and on the machine, turn on the main power switch of the control box, and then check the following: ① Check whether the indicator light of the fault display is on. If it is bright, find the cause and solve it, you can run the machine; Eye and add oil in place; ③Check for abnormal noise, vibration and overheating; ④Check whether the electrical switch, brake and other components are flexible; ⑤Check the gripper row, pull gauge, and pressure wheel fixing screw.

Operating specifications before production

1. According to the requirements of the production and construction order, check whether the structure and size of the die-cut version match the box sample according to the die-cut sample.
2. Check whether the product has a gripper, align the box sample to calculate the gripper position of the machine, special products need to borrow the gripper. Matters needing attention: â‘ The die-cutting plate is placed in the best position; â‘¡Make sure to borrow several grippers, and set the position;
3. Choose the bottom template material according to the number of products, paper type and carton structure.
4. Install the die-cutting plate and lock the fixing screws to prevent the die-cutting plate from loosening. Make the bottom template, the thickness of the bottom mold is the thickness of the paper of the die-cut product.
5. Install the bottom template, clean the surface debris and lock it.
6. Load the product to be die-cut on the paper feed table, adjust the feeder separator, and adjust the gripping position of the pressure roller, pull gauge and front gripper according to the paper size.
7. Adjust the die-cutting pressure according to the thickness of the paper. The pressure should be increased slowly from light to heavy to 80% penetration, otherwise it will cause equipment damage.
8. Adjust the position of the upper and lower ejector pins of the unloading part, and lock it.
9. Adjust each part, and produce 10-20 sheets according to the requirements of the box sample. Check the following contents: ① The indentation line should be full, and there should be no burst, color, or angle; It must be accurate and without deviation; ③The die-cutting plate and the bottom template should be locked and can not be moved; ④The concave and convex contours should be clear, and the needle hole line should not be split; ⑤The handbag line and the knife edge should be straight. Check to confirm that there is no quality problem, and the normal production can be started after the sample is signed by the monitor or supervisor.

Operating specifications in production
1. Operate according to the construction order production requirements and signing standards.
2. During the production process, a random inspection is conducted every 5 to 10 minutes, and no less than 3 sheets each time. Quality problems should be reported in time and the production can be continued after being resolved.
3. If the following phenomena are found, they should be stopped and adjusted immediately; â‘  Dead positions and irregularities are not allowed. It should be checked whether the printing rules are consistent; whether the die cutting paper is accurate; whether it is caused by paper deformation or paper grain, different brands; whether there is a moving version or a revision. â‘¡The creasing line is light
There is a mistake. If the indentation line is light, add tape or adhesive paper under the corresponding line according to the base paper; if the indentation line is too heavy, add padding (decompression) under the line corresponding to the base paper; if the die cutting line does not wear It may be that the pressure is not enough, the backing paper is not correct or the die cutter is broken, and the knife should be changed. â‘¢The bottom plate has a deviation. It should be checked whether the backing paper is well mounted; whether the top paper is bent; whether the blade is straight, etc.
4. After each version of die-cutting, a comprehensive inspection shall be carried out and the "die-cutting process sheet" shall be filled out. If there are quality problems, the products should be placed separately in time, and fill in the "Abnormal Product Process Sheet".
5. The captain should inspect the production status of the equipment every hour and observe whether the equipment has abnormal reactions. If there is any abnormality, you should fill in the "Equipment Maintenance Notice" and verify it with the leader on duty, then hand it over to the maintenance personnel of the equipment room for maintenance.
6. If there is any problem with the material, the production should be stopped, and the "Feedback Form for Poor Quality of Production Material" should be filled out, so that the relevant departments can coordinate and solve it and prepare for the subsequent production.

Operating specifications after production

1. Put the die-cut products separately according to qualified products and defective products, and mark them clearly.
2. The captain should fill in the "Die-cut Daily Report", "Statistical Table of Process Quality Status" and "Daily Inspection Form of Production Equipment" every day.
3. At the end of production, the equipment should be stopped at the mold opening position. If the equipment is not continuously produced, the air filter should be cleaned and the air compressor should be drained.
4. Maintain the equipment according to the daily maintenance content.
5. Carefully fill in the handover record.
6. Turn off the power.
