The following describes each process in detail:
1. exposure
First remove the protective film of the resin plate and apply some talc powder to facilitate the absorption of the plate and prevent the film from sticking to the plate, and then expose it.
Observe the side of the prepared plate with a magnifying glass, you can see that the photosensitive coating is a trapezoid, the normal angle a is about 70 °. The angle a decreases with increasing exposure time. The exposure time is long, and the characters and lines are firm. After rinsing and drying, the characters are not easy to drop or bend, but the produced version is not thorough enough in small areas, and it feels that some things have not been cleaned in the gap; The exposure time is short, the angle a increases, after washing and drying, the lighter person lacks the pen and breaks the line, the line is curved, and the heavy character and line are washed away. If you do not know the correct exposure time, you can first use a small piece of material to choose a different exposure time for exposure. After rinsing and drying, you can determine the correct exposure time by viewing the slope of the system. The exposure time of Tianjin Ketai PVA-500 plate is about 5 ~ 7min.
2. Wash and dry
When the resin plate is rinsed, as the temperature of the rinse water increases, the rinse time should be shortened. However, the water temperature should not be too high. Generally, the flush water temperature of domestic plate is set at 45 ℃. The washed plate can be directly placed in the drying chamber of the plate-making machine, the temperature is set at 90 ℃, and the time is 15-20min.
3. Back exposure
Place the prepared plate directly in the exposure chamber of the plate-making machine for post-exposure. The post-exposure time is generally equal to or greater than the first exposure.
