Analysis of the "Fasting Car" Fault in Offset Offset Press

1. Improper adjustment of paper feeder system.

2. Bulk paper blowing nozzles have small air volume, and several sheets of paper in front of the paper stack are not completely blown apart.

3. Thicker layers of printed matter cause paper jams.

4. Dual controller misadjustment or malfunction.

5. If the front gauge tooth fails, when the feeder is improperly adjusted, it will appear skewed so that the sheets overlap and stick on the blanket.

6. The paper feeder part is detached, or other irregularities enter the drum.

To sum up, the occurrence of “stingy cars” is mainly due to the fact that during the operation of the machine, it suddenly receives a large external force, causing the machinery to operate with overload. If it is not processed and eliminated in time, it will cause different degrees of damage to the machinery. Therefore, after the "stingy car" occurs, the pressure should be removed as soon as possible, and the paper under static pressure is withdrawn from the drum.
