Anti-carbamylated protein antibody (CarP) enzyme exemption principle Description: This kit is used to determine the anti-carbamylated protein antibody (CarP) content in rat serum, plasma and related liquid samples. Experimental principle: This kit uses the double antigen sandwich method to determine the level of anti-carbamylated protein antibody (CarP) in rats. The microporous plate is coated with the purified antigen to prepare a solid phase antigen, and an anti-carbamylated protein antibody (CarP) is sequentially added to the coated micropores, and then combined with the HRP-labeled antigen to form an antigen-antibody-enzyme. The standard antigen complex was thoroughly washed and then added to the substrate TMB for color development. TMB is converted to blue under the catalysis of HRP enzyme and converted to the final yellow color by the action of an acid. The color depth is positively correlated with the anti-carbamylated protein antibody (CarP) in the sample. The absorbance (OD value) was measured at 450 nm using a microplate reader, and the rat anti-carbamylated protein antibody (CarP) concentration in the sample was calculated from a standard curve.
