3. Insufficient spray volume
1. The spray regulator is placed too low. Increase the spray regulator;
2. The glass filter in the preheating tank is blocked. Clean the glass filter and then install it on the equipment;
3. The pressure setting is too low. Increase the pressure of the regulator valve on the air compressor by one level.
4. The alarm light is on when the water level is insufficient
Indicates that the water level is too low. Check whether the water level in the test room or saturation tank is sufficient. If it is not the above reason, call our after-sales service

Six, unable to spray
1. The air compressor is not running. Turn on the air compressor switch;
2. The main switch of the air compressor outlet is not turned on. Open the main switch of the air compressor outlet;
3. Solenoid valve failure. Replace or repair the solenoid valve;
4. If the pressure gauge is faulty or the pressure is too low, replace the pressure gauge and adjust the air compressor pressure;
5. Malfunction of electromagnetic contactor, repair solenoid valve.
