Broad prospects for computer bills (top)

Printing of tickets belongs to the category of commercial printing. In addition to books, newspapers, and packaging prints, paper is a printed matter that is closely related to our daily lives. In recent years, bill printing has been developed in China, especially with the development of science and technology, the popularization of computers, and the application of computer bills has become increasingly widespread. Supermarket receipts, taxi tickets, sports lotteries, welfare lotteries, cheques All of these are computer tickets. The printing of computer tickets has also become a technology that people are concerned about. In the past two years, digital printing technology has also been applied in the bill printing industry. What is the current situation of computer bills in China? What are the application prospects of digital printing technology? What are the impacts of the tax reform and the entry into WTO on bill printing companies? With these questions, the reporter interviewed relevant persons.
One of the Topics: Development and Application of Computer Bills According to Cheng Kangying, general manager of Beijing Leopard Technology Development Co., Ltd., the status of current domestic bill printing is mainly based on the linkage bill production line, supplemented by the combined bill production line. Linked bill production lines have dominated the bill printing industry. At present, there are more than 2,000 bill printing companies in China (including single bills and computer bills, including more than 300 computer bill printing companies), employing about 40,000 employees.
For many years, all domestic industries have been using single-sheet notes. In the past, the domestic single-sheet notes had been printed in the lead and the paper used was thin. Later, with the development of technology, such single-sheet notes gradually changed from lead printing to offset printing. The condition of the offset printing machine for printing such a single sheet of paper is that it is capable of printing thin paper, and the second is the ability to play numbers online. At present, domestic offset printing machines for printing such single-sheet documents are mainly products of companies such as Hamada and Sakurai. In addition, domestic small offset presses produced by companies such as Weihai Printing Machinery Co., Ltd. and Huaguang Precision Co., Ltd. can also print single-sheet tickets. Judging from the current situation, the single-note transfer from offset printing to offset printing is very strong. For example, the sales volume of small offset printing machines (eight open and four open format) capable of printing single-sheet notes mentioned above is nearly 1,000 units per year. The single-sheet notes are mainly used by some regional ticket printing companies and have developed rapidly in recent years.
There are many varieties of computer paper, which are roll-type, hole-free, and hole-free. According to Cheng Kangying, the overall level of the bill printing industry in China in recent years has greatly improved. In terms of the application and development of computer vouchers, the situation is different between domestic and foreign countries. Foreign countries are the first to have continuous computer vouchers, but the vouchers are very few. Their computerized paper production line is equipped with a cutting device. After the continuous computerized bills are cut, they can get a single bill. Domestic computer bills have only developed in recent years. At present, they are at the peak of development. In China, more than 100 production lines for Japanese palace bills have been introduced, and ticket printing production lines produced by companies such as Shanghai Xinyi Sun, Beiren Fuji, and Shanghai Ziguang have more than 100 sales per year. The rate of production of such bills is relatively high, sales volume is relatively large, and development is also rapid.
Talking about the development of computer bills, the director of Lujiang, the printing factory in Yunnan Province, told us about their experience. He said that the documents printed by the Yunnan State Printing Printing Factory are mainly tax and treasury bank bills. In addition, there are bills used in hotels, postal services, aviation, and other fields. Their main production facilities include Japan Hamada Ticket Printing Machine, British Rota Computer Ticket Printing Machine, and Japan Palace Four-color Business Form Line. From the situation in the past three to four years, there have been more and more computer bills. Lu Jiang believes that the increase in the printing of computer paper is related to the economic development of the provinces or regions, and the computer's popularity is directly related to computer paper. The National Tax System implements the Golden Tax Project in phases. Simply put, it is the use of computerized billing, computer network ticketing, prevention of fake tickets, and the development of gold taxation work. Therefore, the application of regional computer bills that first implement this type of work will certainly increase, and the single-sheet bills (also known as the application of handwritten notes will decline.)
As for the changes brought about by the development of computer bills, Wang Hengfa, director of production of Beijing Zhongrong Security Printing Company, was deeply impressed. The principal business of Beijing Zhongrong Security Printing Company in the past was the printing of banknotes, and later it assumed the task of printing VAT invoices. Wang Hengfa said that since its establishment five years ago, the company has grown very fast and has more than 100 million yuan in fixed assets. At present, the company's printed ticket products mainly include VAT invoices, invoices, cheques, bank deposit receipts, real estate certificates, birth certificates, military officers' certificates, and household relocation certificates. Although such tickets have no denomination, they have high requirements for anti-counterfeiting. Zhongrong’s service targets are mainly ministries and commissions. In the past, they printed paper on a sheet-fed press. In recent years, they have been on the computer ticket production line because of the need to print value-added tax invoices. Zhongrong now has a total of 5 computer ticket production lines (2 for Japanese Palace, 2 for Japanese Sun, and 1 for Northern Rich). Due to the increasing number of computer bills, a large amount of computer bills were introduced. Last year, Zhongrong also introduced a production line for palace bills. It can also be used on four rolls of paper, with eight color groups, with horizontal brushing glue, etc. Print small ticket. Now, this line runs 24 hours a day. At present, the bills printed on the computer bill production line have accounted for 50% of the total number of corporate bills printed, and the single-sheet bills are gradually shrinking. The computer ticket printing production line is developing in the direction of multi-function and multi-color. Recently, most of the domestic ticket printing production lines have reached the maximum of eight colors or even reached twelve colors.
Cheng Kangying said that at present, the state is making fixed points for the printing of certain bills, such as fixed-point taxation and fixed-point finance. Therefore, computer bills will have broad application prospects. Although the development of computer bills and the demand for bills have decreased, the applications of direct mail-order bills, laser printer-specific bills, etc. are growing. Cheng Kangying believes that the domestic computer ticket printing market still has great potential for development. He said that at present, China has about 400 imported computer ticket production lines and Japan has more than 200, and Japan still has a lot of annual sales of such production lines. From this point of view, the current annual sales volume of this type of production line in Japan is still large. From this point of view, the domestic market for computerized bills is far from saturated. In particular, multi-functional computer bills (such as taxi tickets, supermarket collection tickets, sports lottery tickets, etc.) will have great development in the market.
At the Beijing International Printing Technology Exhibition held in May this year, a ticket production line manufactured by a Japanese company Gong Yao Company exhibited at the booth of the Leopard Co., Ltd. not only can print direct mail orders, but also print telephone bills and posters. The biggest feature of the machine is speed, reaching 300 meters per minute. At present, computer ticket printing production lines are developing in the direction of printing high-quality prints such as color prints and direct mail order advertisements. Japan and Europe have a large demand for such equipment. Judging from the current situation, the prospects for the development of computer bills in China are still very broad. In particular, roll-ticketing and direct mail-order advertisements will have more applications.
Topic 2: Problems in the Printing of Bills From the situation we interviewed, the main problem with the current printing of domestic bills is that the relevant paper and ink cannot fully meet the needs of computer bill printing. Lu Jiang said that our country is very different from foreign countries in the printing of bills. Foreign paper printing paper is generally more than 40g/m square, while domestic paper is mostly about 30g/m square, some invoice paper is only 28g/m square, and even some 17-18g/m square copy paper . This has caused great difficulties for printing, and the requirements for equipment for such thin papers are also relatively high. At present, many bills are multiple coupons, and the requirements for the registration of various bills are relatively high, requiring the printing press to meet the requirements of high precision.
