PetroChina's Dushanzi Petrochemical Company's ethylene plant polyethylene plant condensate technology project has achieved results. According to the statistics of the operating time of polyethylene equipment on February 17, the plant operated smoothly for 65 days, reaching the best level of operation after reconstruction and expansion. More than 40 days before the attack, it not only reduces the number of shutdowns, but also stabilizes the output of polyethylene devices above 16.5 tons per hour. It also reduces energy consumption and material consumption, thus increasing the economic benefits for ethylene plants.
After the success of the ethylene plant polyethylene plant self-revision and expansion test, the optimization of condensate technology has always been a problem plaguing the device, and once became the bottleneck of the ethylene plant to complete the production tasks of the year. Each time the parking plant caused great economic losses to the ethylene plant, in order to overcome this difficulty, Dushanzi Petrochemical Company, ethylene plant and polyethylene plant set up a joint research group to conduct comprehensive research on condensate technology. The research group collected data on the operation of the condensate technology and conducted comparisons. It carefully analyzed and searched for the reasons for the shutdown, accumulated operational data, identified operational flexibility intervals, improved the production and operation of condensate technology, and carefully organized production. According to the actual situation, the operating parameters are properly adjusted to optimize the operating parameters so that the production can be run smoothly.
