The TelePresence remote diagnostics system ensures that experts from Manroland's Rapid Response Team can inspect and monitor any press in a timely manner. It also provides detailed fault reports and records the historical performance of the press. The closed-loop feedback function provided by this system can detect production conditions while monitoring problems. It is suitable for any Roland 300, 500, 700, 900 and 900XL sheetfed press models and can be retrofitted to any press produced after 1995. TelePresence is a service project for manroland sheetfed presses. Solving problems in the daily operations of customers through remote fault detection and actual technical support can increase the productivity of the printing shop.
