Among them, the conference sign-in system is also one of the functions that many departments, especially the student system, want to use. Participants only need to hold a campus card to sign in to the meeting. After the meeting, it is convenient for meeting statistics. It is suitable for large and medium-sized meetings and reports. The check-in and statistics of the system have been tested by several colleges before the system is delivered, and the results are very good.
The relevant person in charge of the school security department said at the meeting that the successive opening and strict internal management of the access control system of various colleges and units will add a layer of protection for the school security environment and the safety of teachers and students.
It is understood that with the joint efforts of the Finance Department and related departments for more than a year, the construction of the first phase of the China National Agricultural University campus card project is nearing completion, and in the near future is preparing for the acceptance of the first phase of the project and the start of the second phase of the campus card system.
