Water-based high temperature screen printing ink features:

6. Non-toxic and tasteless. Since water-based screen printing ink uses water as a solvent, and a small amount of volatile edible alcohol as auxiliary solvent, it is particularly suitable for use in food, clothing, artificial leather and plastic substrates.

7. High temperature resistance and heat sealability. Water-based screen printing inks have good heat-sealing properties, and even if PE and PVC are used, good heat sealing effect can be obtained.

8. The finished product has good leveling and anti-curling ability. One of the troubling problems in printing is the continuous drying of substrates through several color groups. PVC with extremely low moisture content or lateral shrinkage or longitudinal shrinkage of the substrate tends to curl, making it impossible to produce or use it normally. The ink product can maintain good flatness and curl resistance after printing, decoration, bronzing, and slitting.

9. The price is reasonable. At present, the market price of water-based screen printing ink is generally lower than that of solvent-based screen printing ink by about 30%, which provides a price advantage for expanding market share.

In addition to the above-mentioned advantages, the high-temperature water-resistant screen printing ink is used on a rotary screen rotary machine, and the operation method is almost the same as that of a conventional solvent-based screen printing ink. But the focus is on the product's pH value control, viscosity, drying, silk screen number selection, oven or drying temperature control, and under wet printing conditions, the ink may not have been fully dried and it has been pulled down or contaminated sequence.
