1 Overview

The product structure is difficult to design, representative of the user units, on-site field research, design, trial production, testing and other consulting services. Through these meaningful activities, the vision of the technical personnel in the packaging industry has been broadened. So far, it has achieved gratifying results. Exported electronic machine tools and household appliances replace honeycomb pallets, boxes and EPS plastic cushion liners with honeycomb paperboard. 2, the principle of honeycomb paperboard molding applied to the selection of raw materials on air conditioning packaging

2.1 The forming principle of honeycomb paperboard

Honeycomb paperboard consists of three parts: honeycomb paper, honeycomb paper, and adhesive. It is easy to understand the principle of forming paperboard by pasting paper onto the honeycomb paper core through adhesive. However, the forming principle of honeycomb paper core may not be well understood. The following is the principle of paper core molding.

2.1.1 Apply a number of glue lines equal in pitch (T) and width (B) in the vertical direction along the length of the paper strip on one side of a paper strip, and the pitch is 4 for the width of the glue line. Times, T = 4B. Similarly, we apply the same glue line on another note, and then misalign the two notes to form a regular six-sided honeycomb structure.

2.1.2 Dislocation Bonding Compounding refers to the accurate bonding of the second paper's glue line to the opposite of the middle position of the two glue lines of the first paper strip. (called dislocation glue) (see photo)

2.1.3 When several pieces of paper strips coated with glue lines are successively misplaced and glued together, the paper strips are pulled horizontally until they are even, so that a number of regular hexagonal honeycombs will appear before us. When the width and pitch of the glue line are changed (T≠4B), the honeycomb becomes a honeycomb of other shapes, such as a diamond honeycomb. When the aperture diameter, i.e., the inscribed circle diameter of the honeycomb, is changed, different sizes of honeycomb structures can be obtained. In the case of equivalent raw materials in actual production, a large honeycomb core paper core is easily stretched, and the production speed can be increased, but the honeycomb aperture is large, and the flat pressure strength of the honeycomb paperboard is reduced.
