The type of clutch pressure mechanism. The clutch pressure mechanism is generally divided into two types: one is eccentric sleeve type, and the other is three-point suspension type.

Structure of three-point suspension mechanism

The three-point suspension type clutch press structure uses three-point support rollers, as shown in the figure: 1, 2 uses an eccentric structure, 3 is a round wheel with spring, 4 is a convex sleeve, 5 is the shaft of the rubber roller, 6 It is a connecting rod. 1, 2 is a fixed point at the clutch pressure. When the contact position of the convex sleeve and 1, 2 changes, the distance between the axis line of the rubber roller shaft 5 and 1, 2 changes, thereby achieving the clutch pressure. Let's analyze the function and working principle of these three points.

The working principle of the three-point suspension mechanism

1 point is used to adjust the center distance of the drum, which is composed of an eccentric shaft and a bearing outer ring. When the position of the eccentric shaft changes, the position of the outer ring of the bearing also changes, so the axis of the drum also changes accordingly. The key to using the bearing outer ring is to change the sliding friction to rolling friction to reduce wear and power loss. The movement of this eccentric shaft is generally driven by the worm gear mechanism. In addition to this, another point has the role of supporting the cylinder and withstanding part of the printing pressure. Therefore, one of the three points is the thickest, and even if there is a failure, it is not allowed to break.

Point 2 is used to position the convex sleeve 4, that is, when the convex sleeve is in a new position, the point remains so that the convex sleeve does not continue to move to the right at the new position. Since this point only plays a positioning role and requires very little force, its axis is relatively thin. Because of this, this point can also play a protective role. When the machine is subjected to a large impact, this point is the weak link, which is broken first to avoid further damage to other components. In addition to the above-mentioned effects, another important role at this point is the pressure regulating effect. The structure at this point is basically the same as the structure at point 1, which is also an eccentric bearing plus a bearing outer ring. When the position of the eccentric shaft changes, the contact position of the convex sleeve 4 with this point changes, thereby changing the position of the drum and realizing the pressure regulation.

The movement of the eccentric shaft is generally driven by gears, that is, the eccentric shaft and the shaft of the sector gear are assembled together, and then a small gear is used to drive the sector gear to rotate. During normal operation, due to the self-locking of the eccentric shaft, that is, the gear will not rotate when the clutch is pressed.

The 3 o'clock is used to reset the drum, even if the drum is stable at each new position. The 3-point structure is composed of a strong spring and a round wheel. When the convex sleeve 4 leaves the round wheel, the spring stretches to keep the round wheel in contact with the convex sleeve. When the convex sleeve pushes the round wheel to move, the spring compresses. Regardless of the change in the position of the convex sleeve, the 3 points are always in contact with the convex sleeve, so it can always meet the principle of planar three-point positioning. This positioning relationship must be absolutely guaranteed. In addition to the above-mentioned effects, the 3-point spring also has the function of buffering and absorbing vibration, thereby making the machine run more smoothly.

Analysis of advantages and disadvantages of three-point suspension mechanism

The third point is that the county floating clutch pressure mechanism has almost no requirements for wallboard holes, which brings great convenience to the processing of wallboard holes.

There are few pressure adjustment links and high accuracy. And easy to adjust. Due to the existence of a weak link with three points of support, it can effectively protect the machine.

However, the installation and commissioning of this clutch pressure mechanism is very troublesome, and special tools must be used, and with the help of rich experience, its installation accuracy can be guaranteed.

Because there are only three points of contact, the contact surface is relatively small, so the impact resistance is poor, and it is not suitable for large printing pressure. This is why the three-point suspension mechanism is only widely used on small offset printing equipment.

Compared with the eccentric clutch pressure mechanism, in order to consider the sequential clutch pressure, the eccentric clutch pressure mechanism must be implemented with a double eccentric mechanism, but the processing of the eccentric mechanism is very complicated, and the processing accuracy also has great requirements. To do more work in order to consider the sequence control on the mechanical structure, the electrical part can easily realize the function of sequence clutch pressure.
