Function and function introduction:
The teaching aid integrates mechanical transmission and control into one body, and the pointer is rotated by any angle required by the control of the upper computer (computer). Intuitively show the control process and mechanical transmission process to students. The teaching aid has a simple structure and convenient operation, and is easy for students to manually disassemble and improve the hands-on ability of the students. The mechanical transmission part has a complete set of 3D printing models to better stimulate students' interest in learning.
The teaching aid is controlled by the stepper motor by the control of the upper computer (computer) to make the pointer rotate at any angle required. The mechanical transmission part achieves the mechanical "double" locking effect by the worm gear mechanism and the sheave mechanism, that is, the axis of the pointer does not rotate under the action of the force in any direction.
First of all, the design of the main transmission mechanism, in order to meet the requirements of precise control, simple operation and convenient operation of the transmission process, the transmission mechanism adopts a groove mechanism with simple structure, reliable operation and accurate control of the rotation angle.
Secondly, in order to realize the large transmission and the whole mechanism can be self-locking, we have selected the worm gear mechanism with continuous transmission to ensure the self-locking function of the mechanism.
Thirdly, in terms of gear ratio, the gear train and the slip gear are designed so that the output can be adjusted at multiple angles.
Finally, in terms of control, a stepping motor drive circuit based on Sanyo's chip is designed. The system design MAX3232 serial communication circuit is used as the data transmission between the controller and the host PC.
The design goals for precise indexing of multi-functional teaching aids are:
1. Precisely control the pointer to swing to any desired angle;
2. The motion demonstration process of the teaching aid is continuous and stable, the transmission ratio has variability, and the mechanical transmission has a “self-locking†function;
