At present, there are basically three types of equipment for manufacturing corrugated cardboard and corrugated boxes in China. One is the traditional stand-alone. A corrugating machine for corrugated paper forming a corrugating machine for bonding paper, paper, core paper and corrugated corrugated paper to complete the corrugated board manufacturing process. Corrugated paper and equipment also complete ingredients, cutting, printing, splicing, slitting, slotting, cutting and forming processes. The entire single-line assembly line equipment, process links, poor product quality control, high consumption.

The other is a single-faced corrugated paperboard machine in which a single-faced corrugated paperboard is manufactured first and then processed by a single glue truck to produce different structures and corrugated cardboard.

The single-sided corrugated paper machine is a semi-automatic production line consisting of a reel holder, a single-faced corrugating machine and a rotating cradle type cutter. It has the characteristics of high efficiency, good product quality, and strong adaptability.

Another is to use an automatic continuous production line of corrugated cardboard. All kinds of equipment will organically combine the entire corrugated board production process to enable continuous production. The traditional method of more stand-alone combined production not only has high production efficiency and low labor intensity, but also has centralized control of operation, simplicity, safety, and low noise; the most important is the high quality of corrugated board produced. The shape and shape of waveforms are reasonable and standardized. With this kind of equipment, the packaging containers produced by the opponent are all clean, beautiful and flat. Both appearance and physical performance are superior to those produced by stand-alone or combined stand-alone linkage lines.

The specific construction techniques and technologies of these three processing equipments are briefly introduced.

First, multiple stand-alone system

1, cutting equipment

In order to make the roll paper or flat sheet suitable for the size of the post-processing, it is necessary to cut it out. In order to save raw materials and maximize the utilization of paper, we also plan to use materials and implement splicing that meets the standards.

A single-knife rotary cutter (as shown in Figure 6) is used to cut the web. The equipment consists of a paper holder, paper feed, paper feed, slitting, cross cutting, and picking. You can also trim and count in the crop. Cutting specifications can be adjusted according to processing requirements.

Cut paper for the flatbed paper is a paper cutter (Figure 7). The equipment consists of a paper cutting system, a pressure system, and a specification high-speed system. At present, the advanced paper cutting machine has adopted numerical control devices, hydraulic control, and light guide elements to ensure the cutting accuracy, improve work efficiency, and operate safely and reliably. The processing specification is limited by the forward and backward movement of the special push-pull board.

2, corrugating machine

The corrugating machine presses the corrugated paper cut or spliced ​​into a corrugated corrugated paper (Fig. 8). The equipment is mainly composed of upper and lower corrugating rollers, heating devices, regulating systems, and anti-rolling paper guide claws. In order to make the corrugations well-formed and fixed, the corrugating roll surface must maintain a temperature of about 200°C. The heating devices currently used are mostly quartz tubes with heating wires or wound heating wires on long, square or round heat-resistant bodies. There are also silicon carbon rods for heating. With the heating of the heating wire, the whole machine consumes power of 10KW/H and is heated with a silicon carbon rod, and the entire machine consumes power of 20KW/H. The latter warms up faster than the former, has long-lasting surface heat and long service life, but consumes more power. The corrugating rollers used in the corrugating machine are A, C, and B types. E-type corrugating machine is a rolling boring machine specially used for making corrugated boxes. The volume is small, and the corrugating roll diameter is about 150mm. In order to save energy, equipment manufacturers set up insulation layers on the surface of the corrugating machine to cover the corrugating rollers, which not only maintains thermal efficiency, but also ensures safety. Some reconciliation manufacturers adopt high technology and install temperature control devices to ensure the plasticity of corrugated corrugations and save energy.

3, glue machine

The glue falling stone is mainly composed of a pair of rubberized rollers and two rubber scraping rollers, as well as a storage tank and a pressure adjustment system (see Figure 9). Its role is to apply a layer of film to both sides of the corrugated corrugated paper evenly and properly. The corrugated cardboard coated with glue is then placed in the middle of the inside and the surface of the paper to form a corrugated cardboard. The finished corrugated board is pressed and naturally dried in a short time (1 to 4 hours), and a show can be put into the next process for processing. The glue machine with high precision of the equipment has chrome plating on the surface of the rubber coating roller and the scraping rubber roller, which is resistant to acid and alkali corrosion and abrasion resistance. The storage tank can be automatically lifted and lowered, facilitating the replacement after the use of different adhesives.

Many of the small companies that produce paper packaging containers have used this kind of reconstitution process to produce corrugated cardboard.
