JYX-12 high - temperature grease adopts fluorinated thickener, high-quality special synthetic oil, and high-temperature grease refined by adding special anti-corrosion additives.

Application area
l This product is designed for high-temperature bearings and is suitable for high-temperature bearings such as rotating boiler nozzle bearings, plastic extruder sleeve bearings, pyrolysis furnace induced draft fans, and regeneration gas compressors in large-scale chemical plants. Hot melt blower, heat setting drying chamber, baking machine, high temperature dyeing cylinder and other high-speed working under high-speed lubrication of various mechanical rolling bearings and plain bearings, as well as gears, chains, and clutches working under high temperature environment.
l Suitable temperature range: -30 °C ~ +400 °C .
Precautions
l Do not mix with other greases, physical or chemical reactions may occur between different greases, resulting in greatly reduced performance;
l Close the cover promptly after use to avoid mixing of moisture, dust and other impurities;
l When using the lubrication parts that are in contact with non-metallic materials such as rubber, plastic, and paint, material compatibility tests should be conducted beforehand.
