The high-sensitivity, thermoelectric or liquid nitrogen cooling series PI-SX camera system is equipped with a special back-illuminated CCD chip for direct imaging of low-energy X-rays (<30Ev) without anti-reflection coating. The rotatable flange design provides hard metal ultra-high vacuum sealing performance. The rotatable conflat flange design provides ultra-high vacuum hard metal seals with ability to align the CCD. When using software programming and selecting high-capacity or high-sensitivity amplifiers, the system can achieve 16-bit dynamic range X-ray photon counting capability. If you need maintenance-free, you can choose the thermoelectric air cooling option, and you need to choose the liquid nitrogen cooling option if you need to maintain extremely low dark noise under long-term exposure conditions.
