Domestic die-bonding die-cutting methods include online round die-cutting and on-line flat die-cutting. Off-line die cutting includes single flat die cutting and die cutting after rewinding. Among them, the round die cutting has two types of integral die cutting roller and magnetic die cutting roller (that is, wrapping type). Online circular die cutting work efficiency is high, suitable for appearance and pasting quality requirements, larger batch, fixed cycle products. Off-line flat pressure die cutting work efficiency is low, suitable for irregular, small and medium-sized batches at the same time shorter delivery orders, the die-cutting products generally only apply to manual labeling. Self-adhesive labeling is divided into automatic labeling and manual labeling. The efficiency of automatic labeling is much higher than manual labeling, but there are strict exterior precision and adhesive requirements for adhesive label. Circular die cutting is more suitable for automatic labeling machines than flat die cutting.
The adhesive label material is a composite material, and the most common one is divided into two layers of a face paper and a back paper, and there is an adhesive and a silicon coating layer on the bottom paper. The die-cutting of adhesive labels is a special die-cut in the post-printing die-cutting, that is, different requirements for layered die-cutting of adhesive materials. Normally, the die-cut product of the self-adhesive label should be: the surface paper and the intermediate adhesive are cut through, and the silicon coating on the bottom paper and the bottom paper is not damaged, leaving only a uniform surface on the silicon coating layer. If the silicon-coated layer on the surface of the backing paper is penetrated, the adhesive on the back surface of the adhesive-backed tissue penetrates into the backing paper, so that the backing paper is bonded to the backing paper. If the die cut depth is not enough or too deep, it is very easy to mark the label on the automatic labeling machine because it cuts through the backing paper or cannot uncover the label. When labeling by hand, the labeling is difficult and the efficiency is low. .
Round-bore circular die-cutting is the rolling process of a cylindrical surface and a cylindrical surface. The overall is line contact, and most of them are multiple point contacts. Therefore, the pressure during die-cutting is much smaller than the surface contact pressure of flat die-cut die-cutting, so the power requirement of the equipment is small, and the running stability is obviously greater than that of flat-press die-cutting. The requirement of the die-cutting depth is guaranteed by mechanical processing. Flat knife line knife can better meet customer requirements. The pressure at the time of circular die cutting is proportional to the positive pressure of the roller, and the positive pressure directly affects the service life and die cutting quality of the circular die cutting roller. Integral type die-cutting die-cutting roller, due to the integral processing of the die-cutting knife line and die-cutting roller, CAD/CAM technology is widely used in processing, and even paperless design, the position accuracy of the knife line is very high. However, the disadvantage of round die cutting is that one product must be equipped with a roller and the flexibility is poor. Common problems in the round die cutting of adhesives and solutions:
1. When the bottom line cuts through a small quantity and is not serious, it can be improved by adjusting the pressure and speeding up the cutting speed. Large areas and severe conditions must be repaired.
2. Put a thin film on the corresponding position of the anvil roll when it is not ready for emergency use. Otherwise, professional manufacturing companies are generally required to make repairs.
3. The label is taken away by the waste edge. There are generally two situations. One is to take it regularly. At this time, it is necessary to check whether the partial knife line has a low depression and whether the face paper completely cuts through. The second is taking away irregularly. This generally requires the printer to make adjustments first. In addition to being caused by the cutting of the bottom sheet, the small separation of the waste edge is also a factor. It can't be solved. It has to be repaired by a professional company.
The user must provide the manufacturer with detailed information on the die-cut adhesive material when ordering the circular die cutting roller. The die-cutting roller has a high requirement for the consistency of the die-cut material. If you change the material midway, the die cutting effect will also change.
In the daily use of round circular die cutting roller, the drum should be inspected regularly and before each use to keep the surface of the roller and anvil roller clean; regular inspection, cleaning gears; protection of gears when the drum handling, absolutely prevent external force and Hard objects directly act on the surface of the roller knife; pay attention to rust prevention during storage; prevent foreign matter from being caught between the roller knife and the anvil roller during daily operation; pay attention to the operation of the die cutting shaft head and the roller sleeve, timed oiling to prevent wear.
