The building materials industry is developing from traditional cement and glass ceramics to diversified and composite products. Therefore, the production of building materials products using waste plastics is highly operative. The production and use of building materials are huge, both in production and in use. This also provides a vast space for waste plastics to enter the production process of building materials products.
China has made certain achievements in the recycling of waste plastics. Many research institutions, colleges and universities, and non-governmental organizations and individuals have done a lot of work from basic principles to production technologies, and have achieved a large number of results.
At present, the recycling technology of waste plastics is being continuously introduced. The use of waste plastics to modify and produce building materials deserves more attention in China.
