8. Making oval particles effect
(1) Select the [Ellipse Marquee Tool] box to select an ellipse selection, click [Select]|[Convert Selection] command, tilt the selection from the oblique angle, and then press “Enter†to confirm the selection.
Create a new channel, click [Select]|[Feather] to enter the command, enter the "feather radius" to "50" pixels, and then press "Alt+Back Space" to fill the black, as shown in Figure 20.
Copy the completed channel effect again to another copy of the channel for use in the next step.
(2) Press "Ctrl+D" to cancel the selection, select the [Filter] | [Pixelization] | [Color Halftone] command, and set its parameters, as shown in Figure 21.
(3) Press “Ctrl†and click on the channel to convert the image of the channel into a selection area. Then, back to the layer editing state, create a new layer and fill it with white. The result is shown in Figure 22.
(4) Convert the channel copy image created in the first step to a constituency, and create a new layer in layer editing. The same is filled with white. The effect of using white particles appears more soft, as shown in Figure 23. .
