1. Adjustment of pressure brush device

The center of the marker is aligned with the label and symmetrical on both sides. The brush is perpendicular to the surface of the container. The overlapping clearance of the pressure brush swept container is: a single pressure brush is 10 mm to 15 mm, and a combined pressure brush is 5 mm to 10 mm. The position of the cleaning brush from the sponge is 1mm to 2mm. Pressure bottle head adjustment. The bottle head should be 20mm lower than the bottle when there is no bottle.

2. Adjustment of the label box

The centerline of the standard box, the central axis of the standard station is tangent to the label paper, the center axis of the target board is in three lines, and the adjustment target board is tangent to the label paper (0 distance), and the standard box can be moved closer to 1mm to 2mm. Marking paper in the standard box and the two sides of the bead gap should be between 0.8mm ~ 1mm, the gap is too large to cause the target paper to shift in the standard box, there is a ramp, the gap is too small will cause push the target is not smooth. Standard box gripping hook position adjustment: up and down, left and right grasping the standard hook on the same vertical plane and even effort on the standard paper, you can successfully grasp the target. Adjustment of the label feeding roller: In the absence of a label, when the label pressing plate can be pressed to the foremost end of the label box and the label is attached, the label of the label near the tag cannot be crushed.

3. Adjustment of the incoming star wheel, the outlet star wheel, and the bottle screw

When adjusting the incoming and outgoing starwheels and the bottle screw, the pressure bottle head of the standard machine shall prevail. First adjust the incoming starwheel. 4. Adjustment of the station

Squeegee and rubber roller adjustment: scraper and rubber roller in the entire length of the gap can not appear, if there is a gap can be adjusted by adjusting the eccentric bolt scraper. Adjustment of the rubber roller and the target plate: the target plate and the rubber roller are only in contact with each other without any pressure. The gap is too large, too much glue on the target, resulting in rejection. If the gap is too small and the contact is too tight, the glue will be squeezed out and there will be no glue on the target plate half. Practice has proved that the clearance between the target plate and the rubber roller is between 0.1mm and 0.2mm. It can be achieved by adjusting the bearing seat in the lower part of the rubber roller. If necessary, adjust the bearing on the upper roller.
