Among them, the “Pulping Thermal Energy Recovery Device†is a utility model and invention-based patented technology. The mud-and-white-mud desulfurization method for slime fluidized-bed boilers, the method for preparing high-thickness eucalyptus alkaline hydrogen peroxide mechanical pulps, and the pretreatment method for chemical pulp-based waste liquids are invention-type patented technologies.
The five patented technologies approved by Jingui Pulp and Paper are environmental protection patents based on clean production, energy conservation and emission reduction. The “Pulping Thermal Energy Recovery and Utilization Device†patent renovates the heat recovery process of the pulp mill to optimize the reuse of waste steam and minimize the pollution of the exhaust gas, effectively improving the steam running, running, dripping, and leaking of the pulp mill. Each year, 131,000 tons of secondary steam can be supplied to the production system, and the amount of waste steam discharged is reduced from 35,040 tons to 8,760 tons. This is equivalent to saving 15,000 tons of standard coal and recycling 130,000 cubic meters of water. Only secondary steam is reused. Each year can save the company more than 3.6 million yuan in production costs.
The patent of "method for desulphurization of slime fluidized-bed boilers in paper mill sludge and white mud" belongs to the field of environmental protection technology. This technology is used in the first set of chemical slurry alkali recovery system in China without reference data. The slurry solid waste white mud is used for desulfurization of fluidized bed boilers, which wastes waste, saves costs, and contributes greatly to environmental protection. It can save limestone consumption by 4,320 tons per year and reduce the amount of sludge and white mud landfilled by 43,200 tons per year. Increased economic efficiency by more than 1100 million.
