Troubleshooting: If the standard bottom ash appears, rotate R41 in the counterclockwise direction on the laser drive board once. If reverse bottom ash appears, rotate R41 in the clockwise direction on the laser drive board one turn. If the fault still exists, repeat the above operation until the fault disappears. If two types of bottom ash appear at the same time, rotate R43 on the laser drive board in a counterclockwise direction to increase the voltage of TP1 on the laser drive board by 0.1 volts.

2: Fault description: card

Failure analysis: the cutter assembly is deformed or the film curvature is too large, and the leader is stuck between the cutter and the roller.

Troubleshooting: If domestic film is used, it will be improved if imported film is replaced. It can be completely solved by replacing the cutter assembly.

3: Fault description: One corner of the film is inaccurate.

Failure analysis: The pressure on one side of the drive assembly is not enough, so that the tension on both sides of the film is inconsistent.

Troubleshooting: Replace the spring pair.

4: Fault description: The color registration of the two corners of the film is not correct.

Failure analysis: insufficient winch pressure.

Troubleshooting: Adjust the tightness of the winch belt: first remove the drive motor, then remove the two screws on the fast wheel to loosen the fast wheel, and then move the fast wheel backward to tighten the belt tension between the fast wheel and the slow wheel , Tighten the two screws on the fast wheel, and then move the drive motor backward to tighten the belt tension between the fast wheel and the drive motor. Immediately fix the drive motor. Use a pressure measurement tool to measure whether the tension of the two belts is appropriate. If not suitable, repeat the above operation or replace the two belts.

5: Fault description: the film back cover is not allowed

Failure analysis: The laser scanning is not horizontal, and the image is diamond-shaped.

Troubleshooting: Cut the film into small strips, place it on the side of the bald head, cover the machine, and test on the side of the film. If the fault is alleviated, add shims on the same side until the fault disappears. If the fault is more serious, remove the gasket, and add a gasket on the opposite side until the fault disappears.

6: Fault description: The image is severely shortened in the direction of the film

Failure analysis: In the drive assembly, the gap between the rubber roller and the metal roller is too large, the pressure is too small, the film has a stagnation phenomenon when the film is released, and the length of the film is shortened.

Troubleshooting: Replace the entire drive assembly.

7: Fault description: The image is elongated in the direction of the film.

Failure analysis: The drive motor encoder is dusty or scratched.

Troubleshooting: Remove the back cover of the machine, remove the two screws on the fixing plate of the drive motor, take out the drive motor, gently remove the black plastic cover on the motor, and blow the encoder with compressed air. Then install the drive motor back to its original position, lock it, and test it out on the side. If the fault still occurs, replace the drive motor.

8: Fault description: system error 1

Failure analysis: The drive part rotates too fast. There are three reasons: the motherboard is out of control, the drive motor is faulty, and the drive encoder is damaged.

Troubleshooting: One: Clean or replace the drive motor. Two: replace the drive encoder. Three: Replace the motherboard.

9: Failure phenomenon: system error 2

Failure analysis: Maintenance manual prompts: system error 2 is a light source error. It is caused by the unstable voltage of the laser driver board for a long time.

Troubleshooting: Adjust the laser driver board R33 to make the voltage normal. If it cannot be solved, replace the optical components.

10: Fault phenomenon: automatic photo-cutting of the imagesetter

Trouble analysis: Every time the photo-composing machine finishes one-color film, it receives a signal from the field and automatically executes the cutting function.

Troubleshooting: First of all, self-test is done, and the self-test is normal. Troubleshoot the imagesetter itself. Unplug the signal cable connected to rip, reassemble and locate after cleaning, if the fault still exists, replace the signal cable.

11: Failure phenomenon: the image is black
