2. Installation of resistance wire:

A spiral heating element made of iron-chromium-aluminum alloy is threaded in the upper, lower, left, and right wire grooves of the inner furnace lining core. The heating element is heated by high-temperature iron-chromium-aluminum resistance wire. The resistance wire is wound outside the furnace chamber to effectively protect the resistance wire from being injured. The furnace lining is a sealed structure, and the furnace core can be drawn out from the small door at the back of the furnace, which is more convenient for maintenance than other similar furnaces; the lower end of the furnace mouth is equipped with a safety switch interlocked with the furnace door. When the furnace door is opened, the heating circuit is automatically cut off, with the door open Automatic power off function to ensure safe operation.
3. Temperature control range of muffle furnace:

Low-, medium-, and high-temperature box-type resistance furnaces, with a rapid temperature rise of 1000oC from 100oC to 1000oC, less than 30 minutes; 1700oC furnace from 100oC to 1700oC, less than 90 minutes; with resistance wire, silicon carbon rod, and silicon molybdenum rod, respectively For heating elements, the use temperature is 300 ~ 1700 ℃. Significant energy saving effect, long life and low maintenance cost. For silicon molybdenum rods and silicon carbon rods, the former can reach a temperature of 1600 and the latter is 1300; good energy saving: generally 6L and 9L furnace models use 16A / 220V standard power supply; 20 and 30L furnace models use 16A / 380V three Less thermal pollution of the phase power supply. Due to the good thermal insulation of the new material, the temperature is raised to 1000oC, and the shell surface is not hot after about 1 hour (about 60oC). The high-temperature resistance furnace with silicon carbon rod as the heating element has a large difference between the resistance value of the heating element in the cold state and the hot state. In long-term use, the resistance value of the silicon carbon rod will gradually increase (also called aging). So it must be used with a controller with voltage regulation function.
